Company Founder

Latin language lover, took part in the National Olympics for Classical Languages for 3 years in high school. Top student, highly creative, and with poly interests.

Did a gap year where he worked as a car valet and marquee engineer/erector.

Dropped out as an undergraduate of Psychology in the last semester of university, disappointed with what was taught. Avid reader and learner.

Came to London and started his own business as a Dental Marketing Consultant. About a year later, closed the company despite excellent client results.

Delivered food on a bike during COVID and trained in Internal Martial Arts and T’ai Chi. During this time, he obsessively explored consciousness and medicines. He gave up medicines as he says they don’t do much for him anymore, and now he prefers solo contemplation instead.

Started working as a DIY freelancer and discovered he really enjoyed the work. He did 3 to 4 times more mounting jobs than any freelancer on the most popular handyman app. He didn’t feel his efforts were appreciated in any way by the handyman app, and he felt underpaid. Being highly efficient brought him more pain and effort than money, resulting in opening his own company—Mounting Master LTD.

More About Silviu

He has over 10,000 hours spent in DIY, with an incredibly diverse range of experience and skills.

Before turning 10 years old, he was already spending time with his dad helping him with building, electrical work, and mainly automotive mechanic work, including the restoration and professional painting of crashed cars.
He grew to hate working with his dad because of very long, unpaid workdays, from early morning until late after midnight, with a hard stop Sunday at 00:00 as they respected traditional religious law. Therefore, he grew to despise religious organizations as well. Driven by hate and a strong desire not to come back home, he attended a religious high school, where he brought in more prizes and diplomas than any other student who had ever attended there, except in religious domains.
Later on, he discovered Cheng Hsin—an art, a community, a religion (without beliefs, not telling you how to live life) where the main objective is looking for what’s true beyond beliefs or hearsay. He felt deeply connected to that approach towards life, and now it has become a way of living for him. He took on the Cheng Hsin year-long studies such as The Principles of Effective Interaction and The Principles of an Effortless Effective Body-Being. He also did accredited studies to become a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
